Products must be used in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modifications is not covered.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, improper fitment, or misuse.

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices listed on our website are in AUD (Australian Dollars).

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent

If a price is displayed incorrectly due to error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Once your order leaves our facility, shipping delays are outside our control.

Items may be eligible for return within 30 days if they meet our conditions (unused, uninstalled, original packaging, etc.), unless the item is custom-built or non-returnable.

Items installed or fitted to a vehicle cannot be returned unless faulty under ACL.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Warranty

DiffPro products may include manufacturer or DiffPro-specific warranties.

Warranty is void if:

  • The product was installed incorrectly

  • The differential was opened, modified, or internally altered

  • The product was used in competition, drifting, burnouts, track events, or abuse

  • Damage resulted from lack of lubrication, incorrect fluid, or contamination

Warranty claims will require inspection and verification.

10. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or our services:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To violate laws or regulations

  • To infringe upon our intellectual property
