Returns Policy – DiffPro Australia
We have a 30-day return policy on eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and uninstalled, free from oil, grease, fluids or damage, and in its original packaging including any accessories, hardware and manuals. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@diffpro.com.au. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unless the return is due to our error or a major fault, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue quickly and arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with the ACL.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to the nature of our products. This includes:

Custom-built or modified differentials

Special order items made specifically for your vehicle or application

Items that have been installed, attempted to be installed, or used

Electrical components

Fluids, oils, lubricants or chemicals once opened

Items not in their original condition or missing parts
We also do not accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty under the ACL)

Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before purchasing or returning.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, such as a different ratio or setup, the fastest method is to request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
