Order Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within:

1–3 business days for standard parts, components, and accessories

5–10 business days for built-to-order or assembled items

3–5 weeks for custom differential builds (processing and assembly time varies by build specification)
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, supplier delays, or when additional verification is required.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the courier.
Shipping for Custom Differential Builds
Custom differential builds require extended processing and assembly time. Delivery timeframes vary by:

You will be kept updated throughout the build process. Please contact us anytime for progress updates.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some couriers may offer an Authority to Leave option.
If you select ATL, you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to your address.
DiffPro is not liable for theft, weather damage, or loss for ATL deliveries.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

Delivery may be delayed

Additional redirection or re-delivery fees may apply

DiffPro is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If your parcel is returned to sender, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping fee.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:

Your order number
This allows us to lodge a claim with the courier and arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Lost Parcels
If tracking shows no updates for an extended period, we will lodge an investigation with the courier.
A parcel is only considered lost once the courier formally confirms it.
If confirmed lost, we will organise a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
DiffPro currently ships Australia-wide only.
International shipping may be added in the future.
